It began as an initiative and project, founded by Liliana Rosario to extend the lifecycle of textiles. After participating in international impact programs, including Impact Hub, the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (U.S. Department of State), and the EU’s collaborative networks, the vision expanded. The Circular Council emerged to address not just products, but the regeneration of entire economies.
